BHM - Shipping & Delivery Policy

The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “Casava”, “Casava Ventures Pvt. Ltd and Buyhomemade ” refer to Casava Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Buyhomemade is a service under its parent company- Casava Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within the next working day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order is processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Timeline

Buyhomemade may impose delivery & handling fees and taxes from time to time. We endeavor to fulfil orders on time, but the actual delivery time may differ from the stated time. Any delivery delays will be communicated by us.

Please Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of processing, not the date of order. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We currently ship only within Kochi, Kerala.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive messages from us at every stage of processing your order. You can also log into our website to track your order's status.

4. Damaged Packages

If you receive a product that is physically damaged, has missing parts, is defective, or is different from its description, it is returnable within the applicable return window:

Food products: within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Other products: within 48 hours of receiving the order.

For such items, we will provide a full refund or replacement. We may contact you to verify the damage or defect before processing the refund or replacement.
